Returns
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. As our products are small-batch and made to support emotional and physical wellness, we hope you understand that we cannot restock returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
Items were damaged during shipping (photo proof required)
You received the wrong item
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
International Orders & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping, but GrowBeyond is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your country’s regulations.
